Kinetic Fiber — Common Questions

How does the $200 reward card work?
New Kinetic Broadband Internet customers who sign up for a qualifying plan and maintain good standing for at least 90 days are eligible. Value varies by plan: $50 for 1 Gig, $100 for 2 Gig, and $200 for Max bundled plans. After eligibility is confirmed, you'll receive a redemption email and can choose electronic delivery or a physical card by mail (a $3 shipping fee applies for physical cards).
What does the price guarantee cover?
The everyday price is guaranteed for 1 year on 300 Mbps and 1 Gig Fiber, and 2 years on 2 Gig Fiber. After the guarantee period ends, or if you relocate, change, or suspend service, rates are subject to change. AutoPay enrollment is required for the advertised rate — the $5/mo credit may take up to two billing cycles to appear.
Is Kinetic fiber available in my area?
Kinetic by Windstream serves many markets across the Southeast, Midwest, and other regions. Availability depends on your specific address. Contact us and we'll verify availability at your exact location — usually within a few minutes.
What equipment is included with Kinetic?
Kinetic provides a Wi-Fi Gateway (modem) with your service. Monthly equipment fees may apply. The free Whole Home Wi-Fi setup uses your Gateway plus extenders as needed. Equipment must be returned upon termination; a $100 fee may apply if not returned.
Is Connectify Technology Solutions the same as Kinetic?
No — Connectify Technology Solutions is an authorized agent for Kinetic by Windstream. We help customers find the right plan and handle the enrollment process. Your service account, billing, and ongoing support after installation are managed directly by Kinetic. Using an authorized agent costs you nothing extra — the pricing is the same as going direct.
