We Work For You, Not the Provider

As an authorized multi-carrier dealer, our job is to match you with the plan that actually fits your household — not push you toward the highest commission.

🔗
Multi-Provider Access

We partner with four major providers so you get a real comparison — not a single-brand pitch. Your best option wins, regardless of which carrier it is.

Officially Authorized

ConnectFly Solutions is an officially authorized agent for every provider we represent. You get the same plans, pricing, and protections as going direct.

📞
Real Human Support

No chatbots, no hold queues. Our team answers your questions directly and helps you get installed without the usual runaround.

💲
No Extra Cost to You

Using our service costs you nothing extra. The prices you see are the same promotional rates available directly — we just make the process easier.

📋
Transparent Process

We show you what's available at your address, explain what you're signing up for, and never pressure you into a plan that doesn't make sense.

Fast Turnaround

From your first call to installation day, we move quickly. Many customers are connected within 3–5 business days of choosing their plan.

Common Internet Questions

Straight answers to the questions most people have before switching or setting up internet service.

What internet speed do I actually need?
For basic browsing and email, 25–100 Mbps is usually enough. Households that stream in 4K, work from home, or run multiple devices simultaneously typically benefit from 300 Mbps or higher. If you have 5+ devices active at once or regularly do video calls and large file transfers, a 1 Gig plan is a solid investment.
What's the difference between fiber and cable internet?
Fiber internet uses light signals through fiber-optic cables, delivering symmetrical upload and download speeds that don't degrade during peak hours. Cable internet uses coaxial infrastructure shared with neighbors, which can slow down during high-usage times and typically offers much slower upload speeds. For remote workers and streamers, fiber is usually the better option.
How do I check which providers are available at my address?
Enter your ZIP code at the top of this page, then contact us directly for a precise availability check. Our team can verify which of our providers — Frontier, Kinetic, Brightspeed, or EarthLink — services your specific address, as coverage can vary block by block in some areas.
Are there contracts or installation fees?
It depends on the provider and plan. Frontier includes free installation for new customers. Brightspeed has no annual contracts on most plans. Kinetic and EarthLink have their own terms. When you contact us, we'll walk you through exactly what's included and what to expect before you commit to anything.
Is fiber internet available in my area?
Fiber availability has expanded significantly in recent years. Frontier, Kinetic, Brightspeed, and EarthLink all offer fiber service in select markets. The best way to confirm is to contact us with your address — we'll tell you which fiber options (if any) are available and what the alternatives are if fiber hasn't reached your street yet.
Can I keep my current phone number if I switch?
If you're adding a home phone service like Brightspeed Digital Voice, number portability is typically available. For internet-only service, your current number isn't affected. Our team can walk you through any voice service options and help coordinate a smooth transition from your current provider.
How long does installation take?
Most standard installations are completed within 1–2 hours by a certified technician. Scheduling windows are usually available within a few business days of signing up. If your home is already wired for the service type (fiber or cable), the process can sometimes be faster. We'll coordinate your install date as part of the signup process.
What does it mean that ConnectFly is an authorized dealer?
Being an authorized dealer means we have a formal agreement with each provider to represent their services. You get the same plans and pricing as going direct, and your account is created directly with the carrier. ConnectFly handles the matching and enrollment process — the provider handles billing, service, and support after installation.
